Done it, Bubbadoo should also have Moderator privileges in it since it's a part of Gen Discussion.
Edit: I also created a Locked Threads subsection on the Announcements, it's also Members Only. I'm not sure if I should throw all of the redirect threads in there since we have quite a few and most are pretty unnecessary or if I should just go clean them all up.
The Cata related threads are also in there, I wasn't quite sure if I should delete them or not but at least they're now Members Only.
