Only me and AJ have total moderation power, and only I can assign new mods/access the admin panel.

I'd like to propose the possibility of honorary positions. Things like "Resident Wizard", "Master of PowerPoints", or "The Good King Squigglesworth" appointed for giggles.

You should just make us all moderators instead.

Its not that I don't trust people, and I hope I don't sound hypocritical in saying this. But making everyone a moderator would probably end badly if one of us decide to change policies on a dime, or if we have more people. Then they'd question why we have 20+ moderators and why they can't be a mod.

So yeah, I'd make you mod if I could. But alas I can't. I'm just some neckbeard that was given power *internal screaming*.

I think having one mod per sub section, with AJ and Perigrin as overall moderators, would be the best approach. Perigrin is really chill about things but won't hesitate to remove someone if they go nutso, and this would keep power segregated amongst several individuals.
