Appearance: six foot tall, shaved bald, scar on the top of his head from a bullet wound. Eyes are naturally brown but alternates between blue and red eye contacts. Due to still recovering from some wounds he wears bandages around most of his head and parts of his upper body.

Armaments:

Strengths:
Vigilante-Growing up Specter saw a lot of crime and death. Growing tired of it he started acting against it, starting with turning criminals into the police then starting to carry out justice himself. Despite this he's been found not guilty in several court cases despite the evidence. He has no trouble going outside the law to provide justice.

Ghost-Specters background has largely been scrubbed from public records or altered. As a result it's incredibly hard to find information on him and he's proven illusive to many that wish him dead.

Public hero-Despite his activities being technically illegal many in the Mortalis public look up to him as a type of hero who is willing to provide justice in areas that no one else will do so.

Weaknesses:
Damaged eye-Due to a wound to his head Specter's left eye has trouble functioning fully despite corrective surgery.

Target-many criminal groups want Specter dead. As such it's not a rare thing for some bounty hunters or local thugs to attack him.

Backstory:
Specter was born on a Mortalis planet where his family worked. Growing up living in one of the poorer areas of the planet Specter grew up seeing lots of criminal activity and saw his first dead body at the age of 12.  Later in the life he started turning criminals into the authorities but quickly saw that nothing was being done as he watched several people walk right back out of the station.

It was at the age of 20 he had his records changed and scrubbed. From there he acquired arms and armor as well as the mask that would later strike panic in his enemies. Since then he's been put to trial six times and absolved of all charges every time.

Due to his activities he's become used to groups attempting to kill him. During one of these assaults the assailants nearly succeeded and shot him several times with ballistic weapons. This broke part of his mask, damaged his left eye, and caused several additional minor wounds.
