Company Name: The Black Hand
Intent: Kill, maim, and cause mass panic
Location: varies
Affiliation: none
Worth: Approximately 1 billion in universal currency, only 3/4 of which is currently spendable

Assumed number of operatives: 3 million

Description & History: Exact origins of the Black Hand are hard to pin down primarily because the formation of it was the result of several small groups forming together. What is known was that they were originally a strictly Terran and strictly anti-alien movement that has since moved to focusing solely on getting whatever they desire. Activities that were formerly focused on governmental and alien targets the group moved to target civilian targets as well including banks and hospitals. The group has also stopped acting on it's anti Alien foundation and is now half non-Terran races.

The group uses all forms of weapons including gas and flamethrowers. One action of theirs that caught galactic attention was the use of lethal gas and flamethrowers in a bank robbery to fund themselves. They target any and all areas and races. As a result the vast majority of races have agreed to share forces and information to destroy the group.

Intent: Destroy the existing governments to plunge the universe into Anarchy. The vast majority of members are from areas or planets which have had high civil disobedience met with militaristic action and banded together against what they viewed as goverment overreach or injustice.

Space terrorists are needed and a good reason to have a more investigative RP. I'd suggest maybe changing 3 million operatives to "estimated at 3 million operatives" or similar, just because it seems like no one would actually know. Worth is also somewhat important for this sort of group IMO - do they have the funding for whole starships, large scale chemical attacks, or just assault rifles? If you get my meaning. Doesn't need to be (and shouldn't be) super specific in my opinion, but a rough idea of what they are capable of buying or at least maintaining (since you can steal a spaceship, but still need to give a crew incentive to run it) might be nice.

I'd also suggest making a general motive for them a little more clear - don't have to be too specific, but a basic reason for them to work together would be good to detail. I take it from what you have there that this reason is just a general love of anarchy and opposition to government, but a slight bit of clarification on that might be nice for others who want to use them.

Either way, approved as it is. Just some suggestions for fleshing it out.
