Description & History: Named after the nick name of it's former leader the Iron God Mercenaries function in a wide variety of capacities. If you need bounty hunters, security guards, or just need someone killed the Iron God Mercenaries will happily oblige so long as they are paid. That being said there is a distinct social structure among the company.
Initiates are the lowest rank members of the company. Initiates have become known to be some of the cheapest to hire but the most willing to accept counteroffers from those they are supposed to try and deal with. Initiates are still hired due to how cheap the services they provide are but it is always tempered with the knowledge that they may turn on their now former employer. The company tolerates this behavior so long as the initiate in question brings in money to the company, and after a number of successful contracts initiates may be elevated to the next position.
Warriors are the second rank in the company. Warriors are held to a higher standard than the initiates and many find themselves pushed back down to the rank of initiate for double crossing an employer. This said a Warrior is paid a much higher amount than the initiates and is given access to a wider array of weapons.
The further in rank a member of the company goes the higher the pay grade and a greater access to arms and armor.
The current leaders of the organization come from several different species and they work as a council to make decisions for the company.
