Utterly Mad

The Fourth District Saints (FDS) were formed after the Synths made contact with the Humans. These Synths adopted the gang life style they saw in Human history and formed the FDS to carry out this lifestyle. After much experimentation they formulated the Synth equivalent of **** and weed(Nozz and W40) which caused their funding to skyrocket. They began expanding, taking over Fourth District, one of the largest cities on Jorgen. After exhibiting desire to expand beyond that they received an ultimatum from the central government, they were not allowed to expand further on Jorgen. If they attempted this they would be hunted down and exterminated. The Central Government let them have Fourth District since, secretly, the Central Goverment realized it would be far too much work to eliminate them, and would cost far too many men, The FDS were willing to wage guerrilla warfare.
Of course they found the loophole 'on Jorgen' so they sent men off planet to deal product and take territory. They've already become a recognized criminal organization, but they have a bit too much power and influence at this point to take a direct approach for 'remedying' the problem.

Ranks (Below THE Boss)
Captain: The guys directly below THE Boss. They take care of specific areas and implement orders from on high.
Black Guard: Just below the Captain, these boys take care of any 'action'(combat) that needs to be done, directing those underneath them on what to do.
Red Guard: These guys are more independent then the others. They receive general directions from either Captains or The Boss and carry out those instructions. Usually they investigate Captains, lower ranking members, and are the first men who begin taking territory, either by scouting or fighting in small squads.
Enforcer: The basic foot soldiers, they take the fall for the big guys and they fight the battles that the FDS are involved in.
Guppy: A nick name and 'unnofficial' rank, these are the men who have just joined the FDS. Even Enforcers can order them around, and they are generally treated as errand boys until they first see combat or start dealing.


Outriders: These boys are of any of the above rank. these guys are the boys who are expanding off of Jorgen.
