Lemme dump my delicious chicken and potato recipe here.
First off, mix a good amount of parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, smaller amounts of garlic powder, and flour in a bowl. Then, that another bowl, and fill it with milk. Take some defrosted boneless chicken breasts. Dip them in the milk and bread them. Put the in an oven pan with a bit if olive oil in it, and sprinkle some lemon juice on them. Cut up about as many potatoes as you made pieces if chicken into chunks. Mix up enough breading to cover all of the potatoes, put olive oil in with the breading until it becomes a paste. Dump it into a large bowl. Then, dump your potatoes into the bowl aswell, and kneed until the potatoes are fairly evenly breaded. Put them both in the oven at 375 degrees Fahrenheit. After a half an hour, test the chicken. If that is done, take it out, if it isn't, cook them both 5 more minutes, and repeats until the chicken is done. Then, cook the potatoes longer in 15 minute intervals until they are soft, usually takes an hour to cook them all the way through, counting the initial half hour. Serve on large plates with whatever sauce you feel appropriate.
