Not to mention the shit from the admins:
[[I'm not logging back in over there to grab the quote because all of them can burn in my opinion. I'm starting to grow fond of pissing them off, and in order to prevent any more shots being fired I'm not going over there no more. Even if drama is going down.]]
Quote from everyone's favorite Moderator: The Almighty Granola Bar.
The subtext in which the term 'censorship' is used carries an implication that it is a bad thing and an overreach of authority. It's condemning a particular action (deletion of content) by analogy, because it's generally agreed that 'government censorship' is bad.
No one has made a case for censorship being bad in the context of this forum other than "it makes people mad", which is a circular argument. I think this is what Coolthulu was getting at, yes it fits the definition of censorship, but only to the degree that you first remove its negative connotations and make it a meaningless observation.
As for the action in question, I deleted several reposts of a link to a video specifically selected to be used as an attack on a forum member, it was explicitly posted in bad faith, and there is no value to leaving it.
p.s. nice ad homonym there aj, keep your 'debating' classy.
