Utterly Mad

So I've read this over, written a response, re written said response two times now, and finally realized I can sum up why I'm not approving this at the moment in a much shorter response.

Whilst everything this character is based on are feasible additions, nothing that would allow it to exist has been written and approved. If there were an existing company, or lore, or really anything as far as augmentation goes I'd have far less of a problem with this character. But like I said nothing for any of the equipment or abilities for this character has been written.

I have a few other issues with the character, but at the moment this is the biggest reason and the one that I can't really bend on. I'm not trying to be rude and I apologize if I come off like that but it's simply a matter of the content within the character itself isn't approved.

As is I just don't think I can approve it, and I do think the general concept is interesting even though I personally think the character looks to be a bit OP.
