Distant 2452The story as you know:You were born in a village in a land referred as the Valley of Broken Pillars. You got a normal upbringing; learned how to hunt, how to fight, how to shoot, how to survive, and how to avoid dangers such as bandits, and the old world ghosts. Life has always been tough, for you and the others. There's always some issue that could end the village inadvertably. If it isn't a water-shortage or famine, it's a seige of beasts or bandits.
As tradtition has demanded, you've learned the necessary skill of reading. Both the village texts, and the old-world texts and signs. In addition to that, you've learned the known history of your village, and what little was known of the world before.
The tales tell, that the whole world used to be under complete human control, and that there were no beasts or ghosts to challenge thier rule. They built the massive and tall cities which your people live inside. They even managed to go beyond this world, and into the stars!
And as many preachers of the sanctuary tells you, there's still a world of human rule in this universe, right above our heads in the night sky. The moon.
At least, that's what the preachers say.

A regular human that is weak without tools, but guaranteed to be able to use all that was built by the past human civilization to it's fullest.

In the shape of anything imaginable, with your own strenghts and weaknesses, although not as molded to the past civilization, you'll MAKE it fit one way or another.
Or are you a
BEAST?
A creature who has for some reason or another developed sentience, and wanders among sane men as equals. Unable to use most equipment, but instead relying on evolution to become more dangerous.

The rules and mechanics:In case you don't remember, or simply don't know me, I'd like to keep things simple mechanic and rule-wise; Instead focusing in telling a story. But I still apply some sort of order in things so that there won't be any conflicting developments.
-Every action that I deem necessary to have it, will have a roll for success or failure. 0-5 is failure in varying degrees, and 6-10 is the same but reversed. Perks, situations and items that would influence the results will be taken into account. Such as having high ground in an ambush, or having tools to assist in said action.
-I update as fast as I can when I'm present. If I'm online on the forum, I do my best to carry out updates. There will most likely be conflicting schedules for people who's characters are in a group, so I'll do what I can to assure that noone holds anyone back by automaticly draging along or guiding a character. I won't expose any inactive characters to dangers though.
-I expect there to be some form of adult situations or similar in this RP. Nothing really bad, but still. So this is a warning of courtesy, if you don't like those things, don't read along or join.
-There are no skills in the sheet. Because you'll all start on equal terms on that end. You'll gain perks with experience, and your race will have their own benefits.
