Sammy:
You get some speed, and jump on down the stairs, aiming for the bandit with your machete in hand.

"What the?!"
You barely make the jump, but luckily manage to land your feet on the bandit's torso, pushing him down and along the stairs.
And the machete goes nicely into his shoulder.

He yells in pain as you surf him down the stairs, with a face of pure pain.

The other bandit makes a rush towards you, enraged.
"YOU'LL PAY FOR THAT!"

There's a brief moment before you reach the bottom of the stairs, and the bandit should reach you around that time aswell.

Griffin:
Switchblade at the ready, you drive down to the left with some urgency.
In a few minutes, you come across a common sight in the valley.

A caravan lies in peices here. It's crew and animals dead. The place seems to have been cleared out in a hurry.
This is obviously the work of some bandits.

There's someone alive though, fighting to even breathe, leaning against the carcass of a dead oxen. Clearly looking at you, with pain in his expression.

The man, covered in his own blood, coughs a bit.
"Why no, no I'm not friend. *cough* Listen, we got ambushed by some bandits..."
He shifts his head for a bit, clearly looking to get some more air.
"Normally, they wouldn't be much of a problem... But those fuckers... *cough* Had attack-dogs!..."
He turns his head back to you.
"They dragged of some of my crew, and killed the rest... Please... help..."

Sammy:
With the last of the corpse-surfing, you launch into the air, looking to stab the last visible bandit in the heart.

You narrowly hit the bandit, causing him to trip backwards, with you on him. And your machete lodged firmly in his... head. Close enough, as he's dead now.

Now that the area is seemingly clear, you note a shed made of scrap from the subway. With light emitting inside. Otherwise, there's the train tunnels leading forwards, but the tunnels leading back are collapsed.

Lucy:
You head on through the gates to the small dock, and find your raft sitting there among the others, gently bobbing along with the waves.
It's a simple raft, made from some barrels, some planks, and a metal pipe holding a small sail. There's also the oar, lying on the dock. There's also a small storage chest on the raft, which is empty.

Graham:
"The last one was spotted on a unnamed tower to the north, just a few hundred meters from the gates."
She opens her eyes, and looks at you.
"I'm not asking you to kill them, but you get to decide on how they should be dealt with. Just make sure that they don't pass along anything to their masters."

Lucy looks back towards the village, then shrugs and picks up the oar.   "Eh, they won't care if I just do a little scav run, right?"    She whispers to herself, hopping onto her raft and pushing it away from the dock.

Graham:
The elder goes back to meditating, and you head on over to the local trader.
"Hi there Graham. Here's what I have today:"

-A pack of arrows
-A suit of heavy leather armor
-A box of basic tools.

You'd need to offer something in trade.

Griffin:
The dying man meekly points towards an obscure path towards an old-world store.

Sammy:
Leaving the 5 corpses, you quietly head on over to the shed, and take a peek inside.

It would seem as you found their ill-gotten gains.

There's several chests and boxes here. One box seems to be filled with clothes from former victims, another is filled with some unsorted cans and bags of preserved old-world food. The last locker has a Supmark crossbow, along with some bolts inside.

Lucy:
You hop on the raft, and push it into deeper waters. Soon you travel into the only direction that the small raft can, towards the broken bridge.

When you arrive, you find the bridge above you. On your left is the valley of pillars, and on the right is golem bay. A dangerous place.
You could land on either side, or keep on moving inlands.

Using the clothes from the box, she'll make a slung for the crossbow and take the bolts. She'll then take as much as the food as she can carry and start making her way back to the village. She'll take the super secret route of spookiness to avoid being followed.

Luckily, the crossbow already has one attached. But you nonetheless reinforce it with some tough fabric.

Unopposed, you waltz on out carrying the box of food, soon reaching the broken bridge.

There's a raft in the water under the bridge. Slowly moving along. There's a woman on it (Lucy). It would seem that she hasn't noticed you.
