No updates this week from me. I'm working on some other projects, trying to get school done, trying to get into a healthier schedule, and I'm trying to figure out a better way to write updates. And playing shittons of MGSV.
Honestly a combat log would be too boring, and I hate using Orokos. Why? Because its tedious as fuck to keep punching in the same commands when I could just roll some dice, write the number you got, and then go on with the update. I really want the battle to seem bigger then it really is. Maybe instead of just writing in bold with what happens, I think I'll just write a usual paragraph with stuff happening in it, have you're names bolded and colored inside the paragraph.
Because I really don't like the format I'm using.
I'm also going to update The Broke Caravan guys. I'm tired of waiting on people, so I'm going to get their plot moving so Vulnus can have some fun as well.
After the battle is over, and the fortress has been beaten. (There's a boss at the end, yes you get to fight Shred-Tesla. Think Metal Gear Solid boss. He plays a guitar that summons the power of thunderbolts from the sky, and he has a few other fun tricks.) It'll become more like The Highway. You're first task will be to travel to the New York chapter of Deliverance Co. to receive more details on the mission.... or if you really want to, you can just go AWOL and start heading West, North, wherever.
But there comes the next problem with the whole traveling bit. Traveling in the original Highways served as a form of filler, let the GM recharge, and let the player's get to actually RP. What I'm hoping is that this battle will be long and exhaustive enough, that some casual chatter while traveling will actually be something the players want to do, and I can wake up to five pages filled with people just chattering. So then I can start tailoring updates to personally fuck with the player's characters and start having the real !!FUN!! begin.
