Gil and Carter

The two of you look around the area and quickly discover your in an unused  building in a housing District. The alarm hasn't been raised so you can spend some time scavenging and planning. Gil found a few plastic jars that he could use.

Alex
You had heard the squad of soldiers heading up the stairs towards your apartment and ducked out the window onto the fire escape. Moving quickly you make it to the ground and start heading down the alley, discarding your now useless ID badge as you go. As you make it around the corner you hear one of them up on the fire escape say "He's gone! Start sweeping the area!"
You'd need to move fast now, but at least they can't track you with the ID Badge.

----------------------------
Okay High Security Districts come in a few varieties. You'll have to look around most districts to tell their purpose, as you might come into a production district in it's worker housing section or other various situations. High security districts will always be around things like Re Education Camps or Factories.
High Security districts means more patrols, security cameras, and security devices that can be switched on if the alarm is raised. As a note though there is a difference between regular patrols and Death Squads.

Alex starts his way down the fire escape. "Finally a chance to escape this hellhole..." He mutters. In the alley way (If allowed to) he finds an old, rusted crowbar so he pick it up. (If not allowed to) He ducks around the corner to find an APC on the main street. "Huh, They must really not want me out here." He said.

Gil looks around a little more, he's mumbling to himself.

Alex
You don't find anything in the alley. You do spot a vehicle designed for transporting large numbers of people to the Re Education camps along with a couple of trucks for the squads used to drag people to the transport.

Gil and Carter
Gil looks around and finds a couple of empty liquor bottles and a mostly full canteen but not much else. Looking around you notice that it looks like the building you're in was damaged and abandoned while it went under reconstruction. You could probably look around for clothes or something to help you better fit in here.

"I need to get past that if I want to escape." He cursed under his breath. Though he did spot a lone guard in some number of alleys down.

You do indeed see a guard in an alley. There are also a couple of patrols moving down the street and a work crew fixing a few damaged areas of the road.

(What is the guards equipment?)
Alex weighs his options. He could either tackle the guard and chock him/her out or quickly dive around the corner to a nearby shop of some sorts. Neither option was going to be easy.

you two don't find any spare clothes in the immediate area but there are more buildings to explore nearby in similar condition to this one.

Alex
The guard is in standard uniform, consisting of the cloth shirt and pants, boots, a flak vest, gas mask and helmet, as well as a pair of gloves. You see he's carrying a pistol in it's hip holster and a shotgun in his hands. You think you can hear them searching through your apartment above you.

Alex also was thinking of bribing the guard as well but he had to choose quickly before they found him. (What are the chances of bribing the guard?)

Well for one, you've really got nothing of value on you so not very high. You can hear someone shouting from above "Check the alleys!"

Could I possibly hop in real quick? And would this kind of role be acceptable for the setting?

Name: Harris Weaver
Age: 25
Skills: Rifles, Throwing, Climbing
History: A former soldier, Harris did not spend much time outside the brig due to his rebellious nature. There were multiple times where he'd refuse to follow orders on account of "being told to commit crimes against humanity" in his words, and at one point finally snapped and offed his immediate superior. Naturally, the high command was not pleased and gave a dishonorable discharge immediately upon return to base, and was "reassigned" to work in one of the camps. Subconsciously, he rejected every one of the "reeducation" lessons, but worked his hardest and attempted to sign himself to Civil Protection in the slim hope that he could at least see work as a street patroller just to get out of the horrid camp conditions.
Record: 3 counts of insubordination, 1 count of murder, 4 counts of theft, sympathizing with the "anarchists".
unless you are trying accommodate a massive pair of testicles or hiding a secret booze pouch, your pants are far too large.
