[[If you're doing dialogue or talking to characters you can post more then once, I don't see the point of starting a conversation and then just dropping because you're waiting for an update]]

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ejvcd-JeVCQ

Yet another character gets thrown into the fray as he falls from the freezer of the refrigerator, guess there was a worm hole in there the whole time. The hole disappears and takes your ice cream with it!

You follow the cowboy for a few miles as you travel together to the town, you notice that the terrain is starting to change from fields of tall grass and trees to sand and dead weeds that dance on the ground as the wind blow across the dunes. Up ahead you see the ruins of the dead city, in the center is a giant palisade constructed from cars and various bits of scrap, Christmas lights and porch lights are strung across the top of the wall. The blink and flash with no rhythm.

You enter the town with no problems.

Once inside you see that the place is relatively populated, buildings have been repaired and patched up, armed guards patrol on catwalks that are connected in-between and along the buildings. There's a old brick building that's been converted into a bar and sleeping quarters, there's no prices on how much it is for a room taped to the window, but it is showing a discount on drinks tonight. Beside the bar is an old Victorian-styled house that's been converted into a "quaint general store with a little bit of everything for day-to-day existence", the name of the store is "Barkley's". Across the street is a shelled concrete office building that has been cleaned out and converted into a market, people sit at their stores shouting about their deals and prices. Looking around some more you see that the town is a decent size and you can't see everything from the entrance, but you think you can see a stronghold for the local militia down the road to your right, and to your left you see a lot planters and cultivated dirt that appears to be growing some form of corn.

S T A L K E Rs

"-head down corridor 9 and cut through the cloning laboratories, Chet and Clyde said that the way the originally came in collapsed behind them so we're going the long way around. Alright you three will take the back, the newcomers will take up the center, me and Graham will take up the front. Cook you're going to be on point. It's a short walk through those doors, let's hope we don't run into anything too bad." Commander points two fingers to the doors across the cafeteria and begins to command you and the STALKERs to get into formation. (Since I'm going to guess you aren't going to object) You form up and head through the doors.

Cook kicks open the doors to corridor 9 revealing a short linoleum tiled hallway that's covered in dried blood, broken glass vials, overturned computer carts, and a few skeletons clutching shredded guns with casings littered throughout the small space. To your immediate right is the collapsed stairway that Chet and Clyde were talking about. You begin to make your way down the hallway still in formation, the STALKERS and you start looking around the hallway. Shining your lights around the hallway and down halls that branch off this one, you see faint glimmers of something running down one of the branching halls, but you don't hear anything except the breathing of your fellow man.

You make it to the cloning labs door without trouble, the airlock leading into the actual lab has been forced open. "Sounds like this is the place you guys were looking for, boss... we might want to fan out and secure the area. I'm seeing "movement".", whispered Cook as he lowered himself to his knees and crouching his way into the forsaken laboratory.

"Let's do that, and keep your eyes open people." Isaac said as he motions towards the hallway that he saw something in "I think somethings down that way, someone cover me." And with that he walks into the hallway.

[[Sure I could write you a bar appearance.]]

Doctor Feelgood

"...White Rabbit.... smoking caterpillar" The song plays muffled in your drug induced state. Nothing has happened yet, it's that initial haze taking hold before the trip really starts. The room, a small smoking room converted into a hardcore drug den for "paying VIPs" in this shitty bar, twists and contorts like it was build with non-euclidean geometry. Your eyes are watery and you feel weak, but at peace. Besides you look far better then half the wastes of skin around you, some run away teen twitching in the corner because she took one to many pills, presumably her "boyfriend" some thirty-ish dirt bag that's hogging the bong from everyone else. The guy sitting next to you who soiled himself, the needle still stuck in his swollen arm that has turned different shades of violet and blue.

You wonder if this would be enough to purge yourself of the guilt that your GM has prepared you for, no... what even is a GM? You somehow ended the world, that's it, yeah you accidentally blew up the world because you thought that cult was right... no that cult wasn't right, was it? You think you were really in it for the blow, they had some pure "grade-A" Colombian shit didn't they.

FUCK! FUCK! You forgot what you even took, LSD? Crack? Maybe some roofies you dropped in your whiskey because you really like passing out!?

Wait, that carpet looks funny... those spots and stains, did someone spill their drink... or is it where someone pissed... what's with you and piss right now. Isn't that weird though... like why do we- *this lasts for a while okay*

Finally after you become sapient, instead of a meat bag loaded up with uppers and downers. You look around the room once more. It still looks the same but some of the people are coming down, and in your couch buddies case. Most likely dead. There's a various assortment of drugs on the table, but sadly the bong and crack pipes got busted up when someone slammed their booze on the table. Behind you there's a couple of mattresses if you wanna get down to it, which it appears there's already a couple doing that. The couches are all torn and ripped up, the wallpaper in the room is peeling and stained yellow, and the door leading back out into the bar is about the only nice thing in this room.

Eli wasn't feeling all that much at the time. He hadn't been feeling all that much for quite a while. Smoke, sip, swallow and shoot were the only words that really had any meaning for him at the time being. The Big S's. The Four S's. Something like that. Anyways, he didn't really move all that much for a few more minutes. Nobody in the room did. Some might've been dead, but that didn't bother the Doc all that much. He'd been around dead people a lot. No sense in being afraid of death.

After a bit of time inside his own head, Eli rose. It was a fast, spastic, seizure-like motion. Like he was learning to walk. One step, two, adjusting to rubber legs, stumbling, retching, feeling the shit clogging his veins and the chemicals fuming in the space between his skull and his brain. Not enough, in his humble opinion. Never enough. After clearing his throat and stretching out a little, Eli stumbled as best he could to the fancy door in the room of half-dead junkies and broken bongs. That is, after pilfering some of the pills and powder on the table. He already had a stash for the road, but those never lasted as long as he liked.

The door opened with a creak like no other. The bar wasn't the nicest place, but it definitely wasn't the worst he'd ever stayed in. There was something wrong with Eli's head. He couldn't quite place his finger on it, but he didn't like it. Codeine would fix that. Codeine and some Knob Creek, he thought to himself, making a few shaky steps towards the door of the bar. He had to get out of this shithole sometime soon.

It had been so long since Duncan has seen so many people gathered together without murderizing each other. He quickly flipped down the driver's seat mirror above his head and fixed his hair to the best of his abilities. It's probably been several years since he's cared about his appearance but first impressions are everything!

Curious of what shenanigans he could get into, he took the keys out of the RV and slipped them into his breast pocket. He then made his way to the general store to see what he could score.

(Oh my god why did you have to reference Darkseed.)
Amy steps out of the RV, stretching her wings out behind her.  "Oh my god I've not used these in a while.". She mumbles, folding them back up behind her and heading to the general store with Duncan, attempting to sort her head-feathers into something resembling a decent hairstyle on the way.   "So hey, uh...   What's it like where you came from?   Any better than this place?"

"In my world there aren't Chinese and Russians running about America like they run the place. Portals from another dimension and released some blob into the water, infecting everyone. This is also what caused things like mutations to occur. I mean, you couldn't tell by looking at me but I'm technically a mutant." He said as he stuck his finger through a hole in his armor.

Amy stops walking for a moment, looking at Duncan questioningly .   "Really?   Ooh, lemme guess!"   She catches back up to Duncan, leaving her 'hair' sticking straight up.   "Um...   Fish?   Nah, obviously not.   Hm...  One of those weird elf guys?   ...No, not that much of an asshole...   Cat?   Nope, don't have the eyes.   Oh, just tell me."

"Yeah totes, I totally have fins under my collar!" He said with a laugh.

"But no. Honestly I'm not sure what they injected me with. I think they injected everyone with something different when you migrated here."

"Migrated?   You can fly?   But you don't have wings or anything...   Hmm...  Alright yeah, I give up."   Amy sighs and goes back to organising her feathers.

"Where's the UK?  Never heard of it before."   Amy asks, deciding to just abandon her attempt at styling her hair.   "Do I look alright?"
