Utterly Mad

Are the masks, like, heads or can you take them off and see Jackets rugged looks.

They're heads and thank God they are. Its been a game of, "If I pull this too hard to move it, will Jacket's limb move or come clean off." But the masks/heads, just pop off with little force, which also means if you move him too much his head might roll off his well... head.

So yeah, the identity of Jacket is still hidden within the little pixels of Hotline Miami, or in Payday2. I would show you what it looks like, but I packed Jacket up with the rest of my crap, so trust me, I'm more excited to move so I can have my figure pointing his shotgun again on top of my PC tower.
