Nuh, drake is a wingless dragon. Like a wyvern is a smaller dragon with no arms, just wings and hindlegs. It's just another classification of a fantasy creature. :p
A wyvern is more like a giant, venomous, scaley chicken that can fly. Also more animalish than a dragon. Go ahead and call a dragon a wyvern or make any implication that the two are similar, dragons will push your shit in. I'm surprised random_dragon hasn't taken offense at this lumping him together with such a base creature.
