I may or may not try to add wings if I can find a PC-98-era portrait sprite that has them. :V

I also picked green eye because your little mini-version has derpy detailless eyes so I didn't know what to pick. Though I should've gone with the the old mythological standard: when in doubt, given them gold eyes.

My original idea was a quickly-roughed-out comic wherein Lurkifer flips out, followed by a durgon in the sprite style I'm more experienced with (GBA Fire Emblem) laughing at your expense, followed by a delayed reaction to having been dubbed Dragon three times over.

Unfortunately I'm not the local trash can.
