I expect he will. The US is already involved in six wars in some capacity, and ignoring that particular one has worked out well for his predecessor, as well as most of the rest of the western world.

Trump may be a russia puppet, but Clinton thought that going to war with Russia wouldn't have been a problem. As I said, (I think) we dodged one bullet just to be hit by another.

I think you're right. I used a bus analogy while explaining that view to someone earlier today, with the addition that the third bus would have likely also run the US over if Johnson could have figured out how to shift out of neutral.
