Utterly Mad

Ah, my favourite topic is here.
On the topic of rape I feel like I should clarify a few things before I say anything controversial. I don't agree with rape at all, no matter what form it's in and there is definitely no punishment cruel enough for it.

However for the controversial part, I feel some people make far too big a deal about rape. Knowing people who've been through it, some of them handled it incredibly well, being almost not bothered by it at all, while others bring it up almost constantly, especially in arguments. Yes, I know just how traumatic of an event it can be but that's absolutely no reason to tell absolutely everyone about it so you can use it to get your own way.

Also less controversial but it pisses me off to no end when people don't consider the idea that women can also be rapists too, far more often than anyone ever considers.
