Utterly Mad

I join in, but as it goes along the other participants grow more aggressive, bestial. They start tearing into each others flesh as they dance, tearing chunks out like beasts. In a murderous frenzy, they tear each other appart. And I cannot intervene. As the claws of my partner begin to tear at me, I wake up.

This might be your subconscious' nightmarish interpretation of the DDA's moddening. The ball represents an escape from something one would want to avoid. (The undesirable situation may be the torsos, in the dream. The RL undesirable situation may be overall family troubles, I'm guessing.) Them slowly becoming more aggressive represents the tension that built up before the moddening, and the murderous frenzy represents the subsequent conflict between the forum members during the moddening. The first half of the dream I can't interpret.

The fucked up face may be a representation of feeling outcasted or different from those around you. This hypothesis is strengthened by the people in the ball also having the fucked up faces, representing how many of us joined the forums as an escape from our shitty RL lives. (I'm bad at explaining things, so I hope what I said explains things clearly enough.)
