Utterly Mad

I know of someone who likes to eat potatoes raw. D:

I ate a raw potato once without knowing it. It was in a thai restaurant, and they carved some sort of pretty flower from a raw potato as a decorative addition to the dish. Because I'm the kind of guy who eats EVERYTHING on the plate, I ate it thinking it was some kind of water nut. It didn't taste awful, but it didn't taste great either...

Screw raw potatoes, why can you do that when you can boil em' mash em' and stick em' in a stew
