I know plenty of good British rap, it's just the majority of scouse rap is fucking appalling because it's always scousers that have a really thick accent and sound like they've just done a gram of ketamine.

My best friend was a rapper for like 4 years, everything he did for like the first 3 or so was fucking awful and he didn't even have that much of an accent.

Apparently the kid from home alone now tours with a band called the Pizza Underground, which performs only covers of Velvet Underground songs with the lyrcis changed to be pizza related.

I didn't really need to know that, but now you do too!

Really, that's most of North American rap too. The accent just sounds more badass and less KLF.



Nerdy white guys (In particular Logic - this is his short one) blow away half of the people you'd expect to sound good on Sway's freestyle challenge thing. Kanye West is particularly awful. Since I'm sure no one watched the whole interview, this is about 3 minutes after he just finished telling everyone else there they were idiot peasants and that he was the god of music.



Then Wayne Brady (not a rapper but maybe not super well known if you aren't Canadian) blows him away too.
