Title: The Dark Summers War: Chapter 1 [ooc]

You all jolt awake as the sargent opens the door and shouts "GET OFF YOUR A-SSES BOYS AND GIRLS IT'S DEPLOYMENT DAY!"
As you all jolt to get into your clothes you see the sargent leaning against the door opening and shaking his head. As you finally get your clothes on he settles fully back onto his feet and said "Stand at attention!"
You follow the simple order and he walks along looking each of you over. As he passes each of you you think you can see an odd sadness in them. He says nothing to any of you though, and he finally finishes his final inspection. He turned at the end of the barracks and said "I'm being honest with you, I don't expect to see any of you again. I don't expect to have some kind of reunion where we all meet up and have a jolly night on the town. But I'll remember you boys, some of the best and bravest I've seen. Best of luck, keep your heads down and keep your kit on you. Now follow me."
He walks back out of the barracks and leads you to a small building. You had seen men who had finished with boot camp walk through the door and be sent off to the front. Looks like it was your turn.
The sound of the drill sargents shouting could be heard as you were lead to the Issuing Center. Upon entering the building you look around. It's a singular room, with a large open area to your left, and then a man sitting behind a counter to your right. The man looks old beyond his years and tired, with an oddly sad and morose look in his eyes as he quietly examines you. Upon your arrival he stands and pulls out uniforms, underwear, back packs, bandoleers, and then looks at you. "What guns you boys get assigned?"

I actually did some background building that's not sitting on my hard drive for an RP.
Weapons (yes we're going with generic, if you want it to look a particular way I'll list some rules after this)

Weapon Aesthetics
You can provide an image if you want some unique style to your characters weapon, but it will operate like whatever weapon it would be on the list.

Combat
Okay, relatively simple this.
Step one: Declare who you are attacking
Step two: Declare which body part you are attacking (IE head, chest, left arm)
Step three: Wait for results. I'll be doing the rolling, so just be patient when we're doing combat updates, as they might get a wee bit complicated for my end.

Just general rules
1: do not complain if you die. A head shot on anyone including PCs will deal sixty percent damage, will cause bleeding(to be explained) and has a chance of stunning you. Essentially what I mean is: You dieing is a very real possibility.
2: Don't be a dick to each other or to your GM.

How damage is dealt
Okay so this needs to be explained
Head Shots: These cause sixty percent damage, cause bleeding, and have a fifty percent chance to stun the recipient.
Chest and stomach shots: Will deal ten percent damage and have a fifty percent chance to cause bleeding
Limb shots: Cause five percent damage and have a chance to disable the limb in question.
Bleeding: You lose one percent of health a turn, after ten turns it has a fifty percent chance to turn to severe bleeding
Severe Bleeding: you lose five percent health a turn, and after five turns it has a fifty percent chance to stun you.


Now have some tips
1: get cover
2: be careful with AOE weapons, you can hurt team mates
3: don't be a hero. Do not be the guy to rush the machine gun nest.
