The building had seen better days, with almost all of the windows missing or broken, the door broken and hanging on a single hinge, and the second floor looking like it had been lit on fire. Stepping through the front door you find several looted and dead bodies of military personel. The first thing you decided to check was the basement, which had a singular metal door with an attached key card readers.
Hound looked at it and then turned to the others, speaking loudly enough to be heard through his mask "So, how're we going to get through this door?"

Wolfgang was standing next to Hound when he asked about opening the large metal door in front of the small group. The door made him nervous for some odd and explainable reason and he unconsciously shifted as he heard Hound ask how they should open it. He folded his arms and rubbed his growing beard, and said in response, "There appears to be a key card scanner next to the door. It's entirely possible that it could be found and opened that way unless you have a copious amount of explosives on you or you decide to drill the ceiling above it."

"Drilling the ceiling probably wouldn't work. Chances are, the whole room on the other side is metal, if they were serious about keeping it secure." Rhodri explained as he looked at the door.
"I'd say finding the key card is our best bet here."

"I'll go look around for it, hopefully it's here." Garret says, he begins to shuffle through the rubble and scrap. (http://orokos.com/roll/297225) "No... That's not it..." he mumbles as he finds just a handful of nails. He scrounges through the scrap a bit more (http://orokos.com/roll/297226) he found a handful of rusted coins. He scrounges through the scrap one last time before giving up. (http://orokos.com/roll/297228) he finds a rusty kitchen knife.
"Gahhh, F*ck it. I'll keep watch."

Hound searched through one of the other rooms (http://orokos.com/roll/297340) and found a scrap of paper. The writing was old and rather hard to read but he managed to understand 'Officer Johnson took some leave time to attend to personal matters, if he is required for any proceedings he can be found at his residence, which is on file at the nearby military recruiting offices.'
He shouted, hoping the others could hear "Hey, think I found something that might help."

Garrett heads over to hound, "Hm...? What's this?" he says before reading the document over Hound's shoulder. Garret tries to remember if he seen a place like that, (http://orokos.com/roll/297346) he does, but it's fuzzy. "Uh, I think there's a recruitment center if you take the east road... then keep heading down until you find a small town called uhh... something-View Heights I think... I don't remember 100%"

Wolfgang, bored of all this talk, quietly went about the business of calming his fix for the time being. He reached into his satchel and dipped his hand into the small plastic baggie of assorted pills that he kept on hand. Pulling two out he quickly and quietly devoured them and then leaned against the wall, waiting to see what would happen.

"Alright then, let's get looking through this place. Someone can come help me look through the second story." Hound said, looking at the two before moving to go look through the building.
