Whoa whoa woah, it wasn't rape, not my fault Satan changed his mind post-sex and is now running around squealing to everyone he was raped. It was all consensual not even any alcohol or drugs was involved.

It's (Ancient) Greek for "bad name" (hence that joke I had in my personal text back on the DDA forums of 'It's an awful name')
Where I actually got it from, at the time I set up my DDA account I was reading a book called The Hydrogen Sonata so picked one of ship names from it at random and it just happened to be Caconym
Here and DDA are the only place I use this name.
