Title: A serious call for help
Post by: Perigrin on June 25, 2015, 01:54:24 pm
Ok, so around the turn of the century, in 2001, there was a game Called Multiplayer Battletech 3025. this was an MMO based around giant robots fighting for control of planets. sadly, EA shut it down after not even one year of existence.
Someone is trying to bring it back.

Give this guy enough "We Want This" that he gets it done.

So... bring the hype train? Baby don't you know that I am the conductor?

But yeah, I've never even heard of it but after reading up on it you can say that I am thoroughly interested. So much so that if I can get my half-blind father awake for long enough he may even be able to help unscramble the packets and shite.

I just looked up battletech online, as in MegaMek, and I found this. So hyped. There are some videos of the game, and holy shit its cool.

Yeah, I checked out the videos on the website and it all looks pretty dank. It looks like a scaled down version of Megamek in 3D (we really need to play Mega Mek more Peri-kun.)

Off topic but probably best to say real quick before I forget: BLO is starting late tonight so there's another hype train you'll need to board.

Got your ticket cause we're diving in.
