before we get started
This has no real goal, what you do is up to you.

You wake up in a small crater, unaware of how you got there, what your name is, you remember nothing of your past. Looking at your gloved hands you notice several strange symbols on the gloves. You turn your head to look around and see several spires of smoke drifting into the air.

Check your pockets if you have any, check what kinda clothing you have and if you have a pack or pouch of some sort.

Adopt the Psytandard Psychic Psytance, and try to use the runes for magical purposes.

You find that you have pants pockets and pull out their contents. An old wallet, a stick of gum, and four spare bullets. In the pocket of your leather jacket you have a small pistol, looks like the bullets go to it.
You are wearing brown pants, tan military styled boots, a white shirt underneath a leather jacket. You have a small back pack and a bolt action rifle cobbled together from pipe and a small piece of wood.
Adopt the Psytandard Psychic Psytance, and try to use the runes for magical purposes.
This thought immediately makes no sense but you concentrate on the runes and they glow briefly, but it quickly fades.

Put bullets into gun.
Eat gum while looking at the smoke spires over the horizon, while wind blows your hair back, just so you can look badass for a moment.
Now go to these smoke spires.

You load your pistol with the spare bullets in your pocket and pop the piece of gun in your mouth. You look out at the smoke spires and take up what you believe to be a badass pose and your hair briefly flows out behind you before flopping back down. With a sigh you start for the smoke spires.
--1.5 hours later--
One of the smoke spires is pouring out of the grocery store that you are now standing outside of. It's painted a couple different shades of brown and white letters hang over the door in front of you reading Wa-Mar. It looks like a couple of them are missing but right now you need to figure out what you want to do.
