In the 22nd Century warfare has changed with the invention of the SAMAS Powered Armor. It is a fully encompassing steel armor with built in air filters, air conditioning, water filtration, communications, and targeting systems. The SAMAS also comes equipped with state of the art weaponry that depends on the suit of the wearer along with flight capabilities.
And the SAMAS had its work cut out for it for Earth has been in a constant state of war along with its off world colonies such as Mars and Europa. The EU, North American Alliance, the Chinese Federate, and the Neo-Soviets have been in war against each other over the dwindling resources left.
As the first generation of SAMAS pilots, will the war be finally brought to an end? Character Sheets Name: Suit Role: (These are the roles to choose from. Name: Victor S. Howard Suit Role: Infantry Age:35 Gender: Male Clothing: SAMAS Pilot Jumpsuit, Boots, Gloves Equipment: 1x Standard Infantry Pistol, 3x Standard Clips, Personal communication devices Backstory: At the age of eighteen Victor signed up for the military. Served for four years then honorably discharged, he spent the next six years of his life as a civilian. He spent a year in prison for some minor charges, then rejoined the army at the age of 29. Spent the next two years in and again honorably discharged. Was very briefly a civilian before being incarcerated again for assaulting a man. He was convicted on very thin evidence that wouldn't have held up against a half decent lawyer, however Victor's lawyer was not a half decent lawyer and he was convicted. After getting out he rejoined, and when asked why he simply said 'The army keeps me in check and keeps me out of jail. Plus there's the fact I get a paycheck, that's nice too.' Victor's left arm prominently displays the insignia of his old company, and underneath that a smaller version of his squad's logo.

Alesky, the first front-lines NAA Heavy Pilot. The slowest yet most heavily armored, the Cougar Heavy SAMAS Armor has a built in melee weapon in the right arm and has a mounted Anti-SAMAs close ranged MG on its left shoulder.
The veteran Victor, piloting the mobile Infantry SAMAS Armor. Smallest of the PAs, it is able to fit into buildings and has a limited ability to jump. It comes with a Anti-SAMAs Assault Rifle and comes with a few small nuclear grenades.
Are you sure you want these Suits? It will be awhile before you're able to change again.

As the confirmation goes through, both of you awake to find yourselves in the suit you had chosen. A weaker or untrained mind would panic at how small the breathing room there is inside the suit as it is almost a skin tight fit, custom made for each soldier. As the visuals come online, you see that you are inside a small drop pod that is hurdling towards a planet far below. Then over the comms, both of you hear:
"SAMAS Unit One, your objective will be simple for this is the first fielding of the SAMAS. You will land outside the Neo-Soviet Colony on Mars and will secure the main power station of the Eastern portion of the city. The zone is extremely hot so caution is advised. Commander Out."
With that, you enter the atmosphere and soon crash into the planet. The landing pod opens and reveals that it has crashed inside of a building.

Victor gets ready, getting his assault rifle out and then moving out of the hole his ally had just made, keeping an eye out for enemy soldiers.

As the Heavy steps out of the Pod, he decides to raise its large arm and smash through the side of the building (which he does easily). The hole opens into an alleyway choked with dust and debris. The Mobile Infantry moves through the hole and keeps his large gun raised. The Heavy then walks through the rest of the wall but is so large that the building on the other side of the alleyway is crushed in a little to reveal a family huddled into a corner.
(Quick thing I forgot to mention: The Heavy is 14 ft tall and the Mobile Infantry is 7-8 ft tall.)
Victor then picks up on his sensors that a large signature begins to pick up a squad moving toward their position.

"Shit, avoid collateral damage where possible we've got civilians." He says to Alesky "And for god's sake stop crushing buildings already, we've got incoming and I could use the cover!" He moves down the alley way and peeks around the corner to check for hostiles.

Slowly Alesky lumbers down the alleyway sideways so he doesn't destroy anymore buildings. The family screams and runs away as the metal titan lumbers down the alleyway. Victor takes cover behind Alesky's leg and peeks around to see a squad of Neo-Soviets in a column formation going down the street, their guns raised. As Alesky reaches the end of the alleyway, his arm sticks out and the sound of yelling can be heard and the sound of bullets firing off. Bullets bounces off of Alesky's armor, leaving only small scratches.

Victor pulls one of his grenades from his belt and steps out from cover to toss the explosive into the midst of the enemy soldiers, then begins providing covering fire for his ally "Fuk, Alesky you idiot they might have something that'll punch straight through that tin can your wearing!"

(I knew this would be fun)
Alesky charges out from the alleyway, nearly knocking over Victor and taking out a chunk of the building behind him. Thunderous footsteps echo throughout the city as the concrete cracks and bullets bounce off only leaving slight scratches and bents. As he comes closer, two of the soldiers run away but are shot dead by their commander as he yells to continue the assault.
Few words can describe the scene when Alesky reaches the surviving soldiers as his arm blades extend and cut several men in half, their remains splattering onto the ground and into the area. The squad commander is crushed underfoot as one of the soldiers is picked up and is then torn in half down the middle. This causes the rest of the men to flee in terror as a soccer ball sized grenade flies overhead and lands on the ground. Seconds later, the ground shakes and all the nearby glass breaks as the small nuclear grenade explodes and eviscerates of the survivors.
A small prompt pops up in both of your HUDs and says "Warning, radiation levels outside the SAMAS are of deadly levels. Radiation Shielding is online."

Victor started towards the objective "I don't give a fuk about your paint job Alesky. I want both of us to make it home today and you mindlessly charging the enemy is not going to make that happen!" He says as he walks towards the objective. "You could have crushed me, and you brought attention and fire towards a building that to our knowledge contained civilians." ((Yes I know he's not a veteran or experienced, but coordinating with squad mates would probably be among the things taught, as well as the basics of how to survive a fire fight. Also to Lorknis: Which one of us is the superior officer in this?))

"Sorry sir, the bastards had it coming." Alesky kinda looks as sheepish as you can be in a power armor suit. "Side note, might be a good idea to get the civilians out of the irradiated area. If you dont mind, I will stay here sir, blood and guts do not make for a comforting sight."

"And the kid makes sense! I'll search the houses real quick, make sure there's no civilians in the irradiated zone, then we move." And with that Victor started searching the houses and shouting for civilians to leave the area.

Alesky stands in the middle of the street among the remains the squad covered in their blood and organs as Victor attempts to get the civilians out of the area and away from the radiation. Sadly what people were left was the family that they saw earlier and they were long gone. As Victor informs Alesky over their private comms, a crashing of rubble and debris can be heard as a projectile flies through the air with sparks following behind it. It strikes Alesky's armor in the right shoulder, ripping off a large portion of the armor as warning messages blare in his Hud.
The Culprit is soon revealed as Enemy Neo-Soviet Powered Armor moving towards their position and it has discharged its main weapon: A Railgun!

Victor quickly moves into position as his SAMAS assists him in moving into cover behind a building. He then let's loose with his .50 caliber Assault Rifle at the Neo-Soviet SAMAS, striking the torso and piercing it several times but it was still functional. Aleskey (inside is giant Heavy Suit) attempts to dive behind a building but instead dived right into it! The Neo-Soviet SAMAS then reloads its railgun and is preparing to fire it again.
