So,yea,who plays it?
(I PLAY IT ITS THE BEST GAME EVER!)
-
I re-download and play it once in a while. I still have a folder for it on my desktop and have a pretty strong character going so far.
-
I still play it. I take long breaks from it, every couple weeks I download the latest experimental, play it until I cant stand playing it anymore, and then set it aside for awhile. A friend of mine showed me catadda, she doesn't like it much after she played it for a bit (she doesn't see the point in advancing past using a nailboard for fighting and deems the game "unbalanced") but once I started, I was overjoyed to find that it was everything I wanted in a game.

Good luck fending off a couple brutes with just a nailboard.

*kills 2 hulks simultaneously with his fists on day 1*
I actually did that, no modified point amounts or anything. I also beat a triffid grove and a fungal bloom day 1. This game is ridiculously easy,

Once you know what you are doing, the game becomes a series of scavenger hunts and pointless challenges.

Not if you play Cataclysm with your friends. We have a Dropbox save that we play on, and we have our own save files on the same world. We have built villages, traded with eachother, hell, even been mercenaries. It's fun and very different to the usual DDA feel.
