Title: Isolation: Space Hitman the Forum Game.
Post by: ajwilli1 on September 14, 2015, 01:19:01 am
You are an unknown, no one knows your species, what your name is, or even who you are. You work for The Galactic Democratic Federation (a alliance of several alien species with one goal of keeping peace throughout the galaxy), as their "Fixer" (basically you're a glorified assassin). Each night you receive a message from one of the Chancellors about some problem that only you can take care of, may that be a crimelord disrupting the peace, a pirate raiding one to many ships, or even better a political opponent or a rival alliance's leader. You're the reason why problems disappear suddenly, you're identity is secret, who you work for is secret; and if you're ever caught, you either kill your captors or yourself.

You come home to your darkened apartment that sits right outside GDF (See: Galactic Democratic Federation) building. You're carrying a two sacks full of groceries. You flip on the light switch right next to the door, close the door with your foot and set the groceries down on the counter. Now that the room is lit up: You're standing right outside the kitchen, to the right of you is the living room that is furnished with a couch, TV, a coffee table, a floor lamp, and a small fern that sits under the TV. The kitchen has all the basics, stove, food hydrator, sink, dishwasher, and other kitchen-y things.

But you're not here to ogle the furniture that you have. No, you're here to kill some shit.

In the back is a Videophone, from here you can see the message light is blinking. You have a contract.

You pass into your bedroom, once again its typical bedroom stuff. You gotta bed and all that cool stuff.

You walk up to the Videophone, you press the messages tab, and bring up the most recently sent message.

You open the voice file:

"Iso, we have a small problem down at Citadel9, that nightclub. One of our ambassadors is showing up there to swap info with a known spy. This documents he's carrying are very 'fragile' and could potentially mean the end for a lot of people, including you. Head there now, recover the documents, and kill your targets. Chancellor-5, out."

You have your guns in the trunk of your car, and you already have all the cover you need on you. I suggest heading out.

[Aj-Kun, I'm confused. Is this a suggestion game where there's only one character or do we each have our own?]

[Just one character, if you know Mania and my usual AJ bullshit. You know there's reasons for everything. But yep, you all play as Iso (hohoho how clever am I) and you got no fucking clue who you are, nor' do you giveth a fuck. You just love killing.]

You grab your finest armored coat of the rack next to your door, because all assassins wear armored coats. Its kinda the style right now, last year it was all about wearing leather straps and putting bandages all over your exposed flesh. Hopping into your car, you crank it to hear the smooth purr of the electric engine in the back. Swinging out of your space, you gun it towards the exit ramp and speed off to your destination. With the neon lights and E-billboards covering your car in RGB colored adverts, and all manner of cyberpunk shit. Did I also mention its raining? Because its gotta rain on the first mission, because it establishes at-moss-fear.

So anyway, I did some searching and found this ooky-spooky track that's sure to fit the dark moody night club theme:

Pulling up against the curb you raise your door and get out. Your car beeps as you lock it. Looking at the club it seems like it'll be a full house tonight, the line stretches around the block and the bouncers are only letting in the 'lookers' even though they're advocates for that "True Beauty Inside" campaign. You already loaded yourself with your gear, a auto-repeating plasma shooter (revolver looking auto-pistol), a heated knife hidden in your sleeve, and a small scattershot (shoots super-heated metal shards, holds two shots) hidden in your pant-leg. You could probably sneak in through a nearby alley, or if you really wanted to send a message you could just kick down the front door and gun down everyone in sight.

See if you can sneak on through the nearby alley. If you can start to look for your target. If dos thou find the target, stab them in the throat with the super heated knife.

Sneaking Music:

You creep over to the alleyway, you lean up against a wall and peak around to the side entrance of the club. Some blue insectoid alien is hurking up his xeno guts all over the garbage cans, you could easily sneak past or dispatch him. After more investigation you also see a ladder leading up to the roof of the building, the ladder is blocked by a chain-link fence that you could easily climb over.

This. And let's leave the alien bug-man to live, we only need to kill one guy.
