Title: Building a PC with a 550€ budget.

Both are going to end up the same after I start upgrading them (Upgrading processor to FX-8350 and putting a GTX 960/970 on them.) The latter one only needs one upgrade, and has a free RAM slot. On the off chance my money situation fucks up, the first one would be better, but will cost more money to upgrade.

You'd likely be better with the second one, less money spent on upgrades afterwards and in the chance you can't upgrade it then it's already good enough for most anything you'll need to do.

It is not as good for gaming as the first one, which is the sole reason I am building it.
