Exactly. I think that's why I liked Lone Survivor better, it seemed to portray the conflict in a more neutral light. The Americans got fucked up in that movie, and had to rely on the people they thought were all enemies.
And the whole movie isn't some ego-boner stroking ordeal throughout.

So I just found out about this game today, its free and its in Early Alpha. But I didn't think it warranted its own thread post, so I'll put it here unless popularity grows, then I'll put up a thread and tell the creator about what I did.
"Now what is it?", I hear you ask. Well if you're an Otaku or Fukkin' Weeaboo then you'll know what Yandere means. (I had to research this) Basically Yandere is the cute, quiet, innocent girl who is actually a psychotic monster/stalker, they are basically a more violent version of a Tsundere.
So in this game I'm about to link, you play as a Yandere girl attempting to get Senpai-Chan/Kun to notice you. How do you do this? By murdering, slandering, or worse to Senpai's girlfriends; this is basically Hitman for crazed Weeaboos and people that like sandboxes with major consequences (basically me). Now the problem right now is that you can't win the game, and I lied about it being alpha, its still in the debug stage and buggy as hell.
But that doesn't mean it ain't fun:
General pery-ness and some really fucked up ways to 'hurt' Senpai's girlfriends are in the game
Here ya' go, now have fun trying to get Senpai to notice you.

Oh yeah, I'm going to put a warning on my post, but I'm putting it here to elaborate on the 'worse' parts.
1. You can slander one of Senpai's girlfriends so much, that they become depressed and either A. Stop showing up to school, or B. Commit suicide because of your ass.
2. The main currency in the game (as of now) is panty shots, I shit you not. Basically you're in touch with some hacker chick that sells panty shots to dudes, and in return she'll give you favors (IE: Spawning a weapon, getting you blackmail, delaying the cops.)
3. You can do some really fucked up things if you put your mind to it. You can even take pictures of the people you've killed and put them up on your cork-board right next to pictures of Senpai as a reminder that he only needs you and no one else.

'tck I can't get the game to run. I have to use the intel graphic cards (Which means I will get crappy FPS if the site is to be believe) but also the website hosting it seemed to have gone done just as my download was closed to finished. (I am unable to revisit the site so that is what I am assuming.)

Nope but I like the surrealistic art. I am a big fan of surreal stuff.
It's Terraformars, it's not quite surrealistic, more like hyperviolent with OTT gore and giant humanoid cockroaches. It's pretty good but a but unsettling at times, the plot ideas are pretty interesting too, I wont spoil any of it in case you want to read it yourself.
It's got a non-consistent art style though, the Terraformars (Giant humanoid cockroaches) are drawn in a completely different style to the rest of the manga, the same thing also happens in the short anime, which only covers a tiny section of the plot and abruptly stops and is full of spoilers, obviously, but anyways, the anime uses CGI to show the terraformars, which is inconsistent with the background and it's quite obvious, but gives a nice effect.

Oops, modified your post rather than quoting the first time, fixed it. One, Bethesda stopped doing paid mods and owns up to its mistakes. Two, Bethesda doesn't release a new in house game after one year of development, usually a 4-5 year gap between releases. Third, complaining about bugs in Bethesda games is like complaining about weeds in your flower bed. Its part of the experience, and while they might be annoying, you can bloody well fix it.

BoS is a PoS and is basically considered the abortion that made it out of the womb, if Bethesda didn't buy the Fallout series that is what Fallout would've been.
Fallout: Tactics is actually pretty good for what it is, it's just very different from the base series. And a lot of the cannon has been rewritten into the main cannon. So yeah there is a BoS in Texas, they have airships, and yadda yadda yadda.
Speaking of Fallout 4 I finished my steam review of it:
Listen I set my expectations so low for this game that literally everything this game does right is amplified by 10x. I mean the main story can sometimes suck and be a drag, and normally I write 10-page long essays about games and ♥♥♥♥ like that normally.
But in all honesty I just want to play more Fallout 4.
I rate it a FUN/10 because while its basically a orbiting ball of half-♥♥♥♥♥ mechanics, decent shooting, sometimes good writing, and stripped back RPG mechanics. I'm still having a lot of Fun with it, mostly with the exploration and building, and less with the whole "save your son" or other questing BS.
But after almost 90 hours the game as become bland, it's one of those games I turn on and turn off my brain to play.
The story is like a bad 50s pulp movie and is completely stupid, nothing makes sense, characters backpeddle on their motives or suddenly change them, basically the plot has no ♥♥♥♥ing relevance to anything other then the setting. If there was no story it'd probably be a better game.
The gameplay is as equally bland, think Borderlands 2, you shoot bullet sponge enemies with "unique" guns that share the same five models, but instead of having multiple manufacturers to provide some superficial sense of variation (different models, styles, weapon types, like Frontier in their low-ammo high damage weapons or Hyperion's "modern" high accuracy weapons). You just have a few weapon types that only get a perk if you kill an irritating Legendary Enemy that function as "mini-bosses".
In reality their that pinata at your birthday party that no one could break open until you beat it enough times, with two of the adults helping you brutalize what was probably some small Mexican boy's hard work in a sweatshop somewhere. But instead of getting delicious candy (infinite ammo shotgun, %20 more damage, faster fire rate) out of the bullet sponge "legendary pinata" you get expired Warheads and rat turds (Junkie versions, and "ghoul slayer" along with other such situational crap).
There's still named uniques in the game, but there's literally no difference from buying or finding them with the exception of a select few but the select few are normally skin changes from a machete. The only truely unique weapon is a two-handed ax you can find. But you won't be going on large scale fetch quests to find Lincolns Repeater or the Wazer Wifle, instead you'll find it off of some legendary enemy that fell off a building.
And while it seems neat at first it quickly becomes stale with how little variatey there is. There needed to be more "This Machine"s and any number of guns from the Gun Runner Arsenal.
And yet I still sink hours into this game, and I'll probably sink many more with the DLCs and GECK coming out. It's a fun game, a good game even, but it's not a good Fallout game. A good Fallout game is something like Fallout 2 or New Vegas, yes Fallout 1 and 3 were good but they didn't have the variety or crazy branching paths that 2 and New vegas had.
The soundtrack is good, the gunplay does what it needs to (and can be fun with some high damage dealing weapons) to function, the story is absolute trash, the settlement building keeps me occupied the most, the companions are interesting at first and then quickly get boring after you complete their "relationship" quest, the dialogue system is a joke and the RPG elements aren't even there anymore.
The game is like crystal meth, it gives you immidiate gratification, but leaves you wanting more the more you play it. It'll probably end up destroying you after a certain point and you either quit out of frustration, or you come crawling back with your teeth falling out doing anything for another fix.
A lot of people are in the latter category.

Fun fact, it's not CG. It's stop-go animation by Ray Harryhausen. It is regarded by the man himself as the finest piece of stop-go animation he has ever done. The images on the skeletons shields are references to other creatures Harryhausen made for other movies. They are also some of the finest skeletons I've ever seen in movie/television, the only ones beating these Harryhausen skeletons being the ones in game of thrones.

Britain isn't much different, for the most part. Although from what I know our pre-cooked meals are pretty good compared to American ones, we even have a few that are actually "healthy"

American precooked meals can kick ass, it just depends on where you buy it/what brand it is, etc.
TV dinners, depending on the brand, can actually be enjoyable, and rotisserie chickens are actually really good compared to the rest of them. Since I'm responsible for my own food a lot yet don't often cook, I know what's good and what isn't.

Americans are lazy as hell and dont bother with actually cooking stuff most of the time. Home Cooked food is actually NOT what most people in America eat day to day, its pre made dinners and stuff like that.
Lazy? Or busy? The ready to eat, fresh frozen, fast food, grab and go stuff started, for the most part, as a way for the busy American to get something cheap and quick to prepare so they could get back to work fast. If you were working a shit 9 to 5, and you had to get to work quick, whats faster? bacon and eggs made at home? Or a disgusting egg mcmuffin? Get up early to make breakfast? Pfft, I need that sleep for working so my performance doesn't slip! THE NEXT PERFORMANCE REVIEW IS COMING! OH GOD! I DON'T HAVE TIME FOR AN EGG MCMUFFIN! THROW THIS POPTART IN THE MICROWAVE WHILE I SHOWER! NOT ENOUGH TIME! FUCK THE POPTART! HALF A BAG OF CHIPS AND A SODA!
Americans are lazy as fuck, but that's only when they aren't working their asses off for 40 to 50 hours a week at dead end jobs with companies that hate their guts.

The worst part is that fast food isn't even really that much more convenient. We eat lots of homemade pizzas and burgers and stuff, and in the time it takes to have something delievered or go get it, you usually could have just made what you wanted.

There's also the price thing though. Fast food is cheap compared to home made. Take the pizza for example. Unless you have some of the stuff already, and even then, making a pizza is prohibitively expensive. Last time I made pizza, I made my own dough and sauce, I had the cheese already. The pepperoni alone cost around 5$. Imagine if you don't have the stuff or know how to make the dough or the sauce yourself? That price jumps from 5$ to somewhere between 10$-20$. If you are weird and don't have cheese in your house, tack another 3$-5$ onto the cost, and that's just for a pepperoni pizza. If you want something more complex, you need mushrooms. 3$-4$. or maybe sausage, 5$-8$. Unless you have stuff on hand already, or just want a cheese pizza, making a pizza is expensive.
Another example, a very good one, is the cheeseburger. Lets take the standard cheeseburger, beef, bun, cheese, mayonnaise. If you have 1$, you can buy a cheeseburger. cheap as fuck right? If you want to make a cheese burger and don't have any of the stuff on hand, it can cost anywhere from 3$ (for just the buns, because who keeps something as specific as hamburger buns around?) to 20$ (for everything, which is unlikely because who doesn't keep mayonnaise?)

Fast food is apparently much cheaper where you are.
I'll pay about $3 for two large crusts, $1.25 for sauce, and maybe 5 each for meat and cheese. This gives me 2 large pizzas in about 15 minutes for around $15, assuming I don't put onions and other good stuff on them. Comparatively, I'll pay $40-$60 for two pizzas, depending on where I go and if delivery is charged.
Same with burgers. It's like $14 for large fries and a big mac with drink here. I can make burgers, filled with cheese, for four people for that. That's assuming I buy the meat (moose or buffalo burger is better), and not counting the ridiculous amount of fries I can make for a few bucks more.
I now feel a little ripped off by the local fast food places.
Anyway, back to the topic.

Had a really good pizza yesterday, one of the best pizzas I'd ever had, until I took a bite into a piece of pineapple and everything was ruined. It was the only piece of pineapple on the entire pizza but it was unfortunately now tainted.
