I do have an idea! A friend told me once about his dream and it was pretty cool, maybe you'd be able to replicate it. I would like to make a guide sketch and some words first, so i need time for that.

I would not like to be a mod, as i like to be sheep, and have other people do the work for me. Also, being a mod would make this more of a responsability. And also, i like to see things grand and magical, and being a mod and watching everything from upstairs is like seeing everything tiny and dead. At least for me.
On the plus side, it would be good to be able to have some control. After all, now i like to be sheep, but i know one day i will have to be a sheperd.

Modders need more than just 25%, and their mods have to be approved so they do not have nasty bugs. That's about it, for me. It's ok for them to charge, it's their hard work. It goes with every modder if they want to charge money or not!

I have been eediting an sprite from Doom. The only difference is the head, though the whole death animation was made form scratch!

I can help in visual stuff. Icons, images, whatever.
We need to encourage people to come in, and what you said is really good. I think this is a good site to just start your own stories or rps and let it rip! That is what we do.
We need a better name for the forum. Somthing that would draw the people we are looking for.
Something cozy and inviting! Yet not too original, it should not look alien. I suggest something like The Rp Inn, things like that.
Then, a redesign to make it look cozier and more thematic would help.
Also, more threads for the new people. And talk in those with friendship rather than "Hey, we don't have rules, just do whatever you want as long as you are not a dbag". The code is to invite them with character rather than ordering them to enter!
