I think the other thing to mention is that the majority of this tech is probably beyond human capabilities. Lork would be better to weigh in on this, since he's the official humans guy. But:
-Nanocarbon blade: An implanted short sword used for CQB. Continues sharpening when stored makes it sharp and it material makes it hard to break but when it does it is hard to get a replacement.
-Hand lasers: Rapid fire laser form the palms of the hand offer both weak but raid fire lasers to energy expensive powerful continuous lasers. Works best on unarmored enemies and biology.
-Kinetic Rail Cannon: Mounted on the Right arm is a mounted rail gun to take out armored enemies. Because of the small size of the cannon and ammunition, it usually takes multiple shoot to down a target depending on what it is. Holds 25 shells.
That stuff would all seem to be well beyond things humans would be capable of making - they don't apparently use hand held railguns, and their lasers are both expensive and inefficient, or pretty big. While it's not perhaps incredibly clear, the tech level of humanity is, for the most part, limited to stuff we'll see in the next 20-30 years or so.
There is a human cybernetics company in the lore already (or awaiting approval, I don't remember), so if you cut that above mentioned stuff out, I'd give it an approval. Otherwise, I'd suggest making this dude come from a higher-tech race like the Norenfal who have the (unwritten but implied) tech to actually carry this whole thing out.
