Been a long time since I played minecraft, wonder if the server I used to be one is still active.

Server will cost around £500 to build, once I've upgraded my internet and have a bit of extra money lying around I'll get around to it.

3 or 4 hours after trying to upload the CDDA thing via dropbox, I'm trying mediafire. Going slowly but steadily, and far better progress than dropbox was managing.

I think PK reimagining is fucking with the spawns of jabberwocks, fish, and a handful of other creatures. Perhaps it's just my world gen settings, I need to do more experimenting.

EDIT: Nevermind, PK mod is free of guilt. The "classic zombies" setting is the culprit.

If I were to host a Minecraft Server, what mods/plugins would anyone want?

Edit: Also, after roughly checking the electricity cost, it'll cost me £12/$16 per month to run the server 24/7. So it may be an option to have it 24/7 if required, but I'll likely just end up running it for 12 hours a day instead, since we're all in fairly close timezones.

I've realized I get somewhat irrationally mad at people who AFK randomly and constantly in multiplayer games especially cooperative ones.

See, that's one of many reasons I don't do multiplayer stuff much. Hard to set aside time so that I know I won't get interrupted.

It's less the fact that people go AFK and more the fact that no one communicates that they are going to go AFK so I end up in a situation where I was expecting them to be helping but instead they are just sitting somewhere. I'm perfectly fine with people going AFK if they tell me.
