Huh. I usually use them for reloading. Or constructing paper cartridges for mah old guns. Pepperboxes are freakin' crazy powerful.

And I normally use drugs as trade goods. Ones I don't really need are usually valuable enough for me to get most things. If not, I normally just kill the NPC.
