Utterly Mad

As tempting as an 1887 would be, in practical terms I'd enjoy a pump-action just as much, which would be be easier and cheaper to find. Not to mention you don't have the automatic vibe of "hey this guy probably only bought that because of Terminator 2" as a result. XP

Already touched on the gimmicky part too. It sucks, but I'd only own a gun for me and my enjoyment, and most of my friends know nothing about movies anyways xP

Pump-actions are nice and all still, though. And even if I opted for a more conventional shotgun I'd probably still get a nice Marlin carbine eventually.
