Utterly Mad

Messed with the filter effects again. This time I went for a less of an old VHS tape effect and more of a CCTV/spooky security cam effect.

Spoiler: Didn't I say I was trying for a spooky cam in the first place (hover to show)

I probably overdid it with the blur. Oh well. How's it look otherwise?
