The TV flickered on and displayed a group of the men wearing the black-with-gold-trim armor that signified the Elite Task Force. The men split into two teams and stacked up on the doors of two of the buildings, leaving a small team standing outside with weapons ready. The news anchor piped up and said "Here we see the Elite Task Force at work getting ready to arrest several wanted men known to be staying in this housing block."
The two entrance teams broke the doors down and entered. Almost immediately gun fire broke out and shouting could be heard from the buildings. It was only a couple of minutes later that Task Force members exited the buildings carrying the bodies of the wanted men, dumping them in the street.
The camera bot picked up the squad leaders conversing in their native tongue "Vo-oss, detval." "Detvala, ov ta orey."
One of them pointed at the camera bot and then shouted "No more video!" And the machine shut off.
The TV flicked off as a guard approached and said "See that Geval? You criminals are going to all be exterminated and this city shall be returned to it's former glory..." The man continued but you heard an odd buzzing noise inside your ear, and suddenly you hear a woman's voice.
"Hey, listen I've got to be quick. I've managed to hack into your implant and disable it's kill command. I've got something working to help you escape but you need to act quickly when it starts otherwise the guards will lockdown the building and you won't make it. Gotta go!" and the voice snaps off and you once again hear the guard speaking, though now he seems rather agitated.
"You listening Geval? Do I need to give you a lesson on listening to your superiors Geval?"

So before much else, yes that is a fake language. No I am not going to translate it, since you characters wouldn't know what it is. Yes Geval is an insult.

So this is set in City 46, a city under martial law that is being carried out by an unknown organization that seems to have taken control overnight. The entire police force was replaced along with the men guarding the prisons and other such facilities. That was nearly six years ago now, and no one has left the city since. Housing Blocks were built for the citizens to live in, with business and other types of Blocks being established.
This is GMed, though how things go is entirely up to you guys, so if you want to become criminals then you can do that, try to become officers okay, pretty much this is open to what you guys want to do.
