Backstory: Brother to Aaron Vance, William left Ireland shortly after his brother. Instead of heading straight for his brother he decided to look around the country a bit before settling down. That lasted about a month, after which he hitch hiked his way towards where he had heard his brother lived. He had arrived only a few months before things went down. He stuck with his brother and now their in a bar and grill, trying to think of what to do. A smaller guy then his older brother.
