Our DF isn't dead, it's just on break. Look at it, laying there with it's booze, laying in it's own vomit and viscera. Totally not dead.
I'll take another turn with this when I have a moment.

Triple post? Sure, why not. I figure fuck it, if Apathetic's busy, everyone else is unable to or not up to, time to snag Noctifer's save/graveyard/memorial kit and steal another turn. Using build 5886 because it's the last time I updated (and the builds are getting more and more buggy), with the latest versions of Arcana and Mining mods.

Witness me, bloodbag!

Started in a cabin, there's an incomplete cabin to the northwest, a toxic waste dump to the southeast, and an impact site way the fuck up in the north. Everything else is forest. And yet this motherfucker of an NPC says he wants his dog "not far from here" retrieved. That's a good ways out west.

Decided I'll head to town and steal his dog anyway, there's a grocery store next to it, and that means the most wonderful of blessings...a shopping cart!

Didn't think I'd bother going anywhere near civilization. Not since everything went to shit, how many years ago? Been enough time that I forgot.

Mostly just been roving the wilds and scavenging any place far from the old infested cities, but today struck camp at an old abandoned cabin. Brought along one of the last lost souls like myself I saw. Found him recently and figured he's worth trusting.

Cabin's out of the way and good for holing up in temporarily, so he's resting there for now. Already looked around and found old dried rice, an old pistol, and some ammo. Half that ammo isn't even right for this Glock, but whatever. Figured I'd ask the guy, Deshawn he said his name is, about any places we might could hit for supplies.

Turns out the fellow used to live in a town not far from here, used to travel with his old hound. Hell if I know if it's still alive, let alone where he says he last saw the mutt. Grocery store and other places that might be intact too, and it's convienently on the edge of town. Worth taking a look.

He also mentioned seeing something going on farther up north, like a helicopter crash a few months ago, or maybe longer. Seems he lost track of time badly as I did. Doubt anyone's left in one piece, but worth seeing if it left anything intact and unlooted.

Sweet zombie Jesus, I can see from here the town is a clusterfuck. This is gonna have to be a smash and grab operation.

Shit, already got undead roaming around and dispersing around the edge of town. Good news is I found the mutt he's after.

Bad news is he's gonna be pissed. Assuming I even make it the fuck outta here...

Welp. That was a damn short turn. D:

Katherine Steele woke up in the middle of the forest. She had a mental view of the surrounding area.

Well then.

She skirted around the forest to the southern part of town where she met her first zombie.

Well then.
After killing the scientist and his manhack, She entered the town. She took out some shady zombies and inspected the firetruck that was sitting in the road.

Success! It runs! She notes it for later and continues into town.
I forgot the character sheet sow here it is.

Later that night reading an army water survival manual, She felt a change. Her hands seemed to have a lot more finesse.

Now starts the line of mutations!

Katherine Read an Archery book sow now she has herself a shortbow.
After a while in the town, she decides to leave to a smaller town.

After a few days in the town which she now knows is Faeden, she heads south to new territories.
Oh dear.

When did this happen?

She has been changing a lot recently. She is noticing that animals fear her. Later she finds, around her mouth, flaps of skin and lately she has been dreaming of herself as an insect.

Just gained rough skin.

After a few days, Katherine made herself some beautiful survivor rioter gear.
