Situation: NOMINAL

Welcome. As each of you are aware, each of your countries are now host to a virus that has the potential for global devastation and as the military leaders you must prevent this from happening. We know little of this new virus except what has been sent in the private briefing each of you were sent. I will leave it up to you on how you will contain this outbreak.

Germany: New infection in Munich.

Canada: New infection in Quebec City.

United States: New infection in Louisville, Kentucky.

Remember that the general populace is unaware currently of the virus and of its potential. If panic was to increase we may lose control of the situation and other disastrous events may occur. As unlikely as it is if the virus was to spread from outside of your borders you'll be unable to act inside foreign borders and the virus may go unchecked. It is crucial that discretion is upheld unless absolutely necessary.
