Utterly Mad

Quarantine the wounded, get two helicopters, a "Little Bird" Gunship with a minigun and missle launcher, and a transport chopper with on board minigun. The little bird will trail around the building, once the survivors are extracted and safe it'll clear out the hospital. The chopper will hold a squad of ten, five armed with assault rifles, two armed with shotguns, two medics with mp7's and a specialist with an LMG. There'll also be a sniper in a nearby building.
