As the Gooy Commandant Of the Wonderful Section of the Rec Room, I am please to announce that the rules listed above do not apply. People can make as many RPs as they want.

Now onto my other announcemnt: I will be restarting Darkwinds: Blood and Diesal and the OOC shall be up within the next 20 minutes.
