Broke-Ass Caravan
The Stranger chuckles, "Forgotten me so soon Jove? I know it may be a shock to travel this far north already, but stranger, much more anomalous things have happened."
He pauses for a moment, "I know you're heading east, and traveling with a group, I know what you need and I can give you an easier way of acquiring it. Back in the old days, the place was called, "Old Autumn Pass" A small cliff-side camping spot that tourists used to hike up too from the Great Lakes, its a really beautiful spot with beautiful vistas. But back even further then that it used to be called, "Mireu MT" A laboratory that stretched all throughout the inner walls of the cliff, and under the lake that the cliff surrounds."
He reaches into his snow-layered duster pocket and pulls out an old map, riddled with holes, and faded from sunlight. "It housed some of the brightest Chinese and Russian minds throughout the nation, doctors, geneticists, and biologists all in one huge complex where no one would ever find out the things they did. But the main thing they focused on, was physical regeneration, bodies growing arms back within days, intestines fully developed in jars for later use. All sorts of things that sound like magic.", he pulls out a pen and uses the post he was leaning on to use as a support to write on.
He marks a few of the lower levels displayed on the map, "This is where they grew them, and this is where you want to go. There's a cave that people used to park their cars at the pass, you go in that cave and you find the elevator that reads, [X122]. You'll find a climbing rope that you can take down." He then stuff the map into your pocket as passes by, "I know my help is sudden and quick, but you shouldn't keep those out east waiting. Until next time Jove."
Isaac: You see the man chat with your new partner, before pulling out slip of paper, marking on it, giving it to your "partner", and then walking away from the tavern and into the dull light of the morning.
Main Group is a go
Irving hops into the driver's seat and pulls a U-Turn, he starts up the hill, goes through the stretch of woodland, and before you know it. You're back in town, the gate is already wide open and you can see a line of Deliverance Co. cars lined up and ready to head out. You can see some of the more 'trustworthy' townies passing out armaments and anti-vehicle weapons. With the assistant from the Herbalist shop, along with his master, passing out bags of assumed herbal medicine to the guards.
"Jesus, the town always this celebratory when you guys head out for battle?", he asks leaning towards the window, looking out at the lines of people passing out kits and supplies.
