Isaac laughed lightly at the what Joshua and Mordecai said "So every man in a duster is the same ey? Tell me, did this ghost look like a mummy too?"

"The one with the silly Ruskie hat, or the sombrero?", Joshua asked.

"Either one, I don't know." Isaac said, leaning back and looking out his window. Then turning to look at Jove "I've seen a lot of desert, if that's interesting to you. Seen some other things too, but nothing too interesting."

Name: Victor Chalk
Age: ? (Anywhere from thirties to fifties, it's a little hard to tell.)
Gender: Male
Race: Bionic Nightmare

Weapons:
-An enormous revolver, obviously made after the apocalypse, chambered for .454 Casull. Chalk is very close to this old thing, thinking of it as his trademark. He keeps it in a leather side holster, hidden beneath his duster.
-A 12-gauge 'lupara' coat gun. It's a compact, homemade double-barrel shotgun with a large hook in the stock, allowing Chalk to sneakily hook it into his vest.
-An AMT Baby Automag pistol in .22 LR, which Chalk keeps tucked into his belt.
-Four tin cans, filled with black gunpowder and whatever Chalk could find (needles, nails, BBs, etc.) and welded shut, with small fuses running out of the top.
Uniform: A heavy leather duster, frayed at the edges, showing signs of very heavy wear. Underneath, a Dragon Skin vest, also well-worn, over a cotton undershirt. Heavy cargo pants, kneepads, and hiking boots finish up his lower body. He's got strips of wool wrapped around his hands, almost like boxing tape.
General Inventory: A foggy glass bottle full of probably-expired opiates meant for medium-sized animals. A small pack of chocolate cigarillos, and a little silver zippo to go with it. Two clips of .22 LR hollow-points reside in one pocket, for his AMT. Two speedloaders of semi-wadcutter rounds for his revolver. A dozen #3 steel shot shells for his coat gun, jangling in another internal pocket.

Perks:
Bionic Nightmare: Is a literal mess of flesh filled with wires and assorted bionic parts. Chalk's skin is covered in surgical scars, wires peek out of his joints, one eye is replaced with a flickering red laser device, his voice is a jumble of static formed into words, and he suffers random electric shocks of varying intensity throughout the day.
A Few Positive Bionics: The eye does help with aim, his muscles have hydraulic enhancements, and once in a while he can focus the shocks positively, giving his fist the shock of a stun-gun.
Commando: Crazy unarmed capabilities.
Traits: [Mildly Insane] [Hideous] [Very Strong] [Military Training (Or at least something very similar. Despite there being no real military to train him, Chalk does have some serious skills)]
Skills: [Guns: 2] [Unarmed: 3]
Backstory: Victor Chalk has no idea what happened to him. He knows his name, he knows the basic situation the world is in, and he knows what he's learned since he woke up on the side of the road about three years back, but anything before that is gone like the wind. He's guessing he wasn't always like this, but whether someone forced it upon him or a voluntary experiment gone awry, he doesn't know the cause. Chalk joined up with Deliverance because, well, what else can a monster like him do? He's good at killing people, it doesn't bother him, and he needs to make a living.

"What, these?" Jove raised his hands and showed them off by bending the metal fingers and popping the mechanics inside like bones. "Born with 'em." He smiled and winked to Missy, though this hurt just a smidge as he lowered his hands and rested them in his lap.

(Any chance that they're gonna have a Coma-Doof Warrior?)

Amy looks over at Seb, finally seeming to be. y'know.   Mostly alive.    "What was it, a fortress thing?   Sounds sweet.   Wonder if we can steal it.  That thing would be fucking epic to drive.   Probably.   Maybe.    Actually that thing would probably be kinda hard to steer.  But it sounds awesome.    How do you even get that many trucks.   I hate these jeans."

After a while of increasingly quiet mumbling about unrelated things, she just says that it sounds awesome.

Seb frowned, a quiet disapproving grunt forming in his throat.  He had hoped for something more substantial; some kind of insight to give him more answers, but he wasn't sure why he expected that from anybody in the RV.  The digits of his paws were interlocked, propping up his muzzle as he rested his elbows on the small table in the RV's cabin, contemplating some strange revelation that had just came to him, but didn't speak of it openly.  His ears twitched, picking up a peal of...music over the masses of vehicles driving throughout the area.  Curious, he stood, easily lifting himself through the roof access and looking out over the horizon to determine the source.

Seb may be surprised, however, to see a hulking figure clinging to the side of the RV, his legs trailing off, his arms hooked over the edge to keep him from tumbling off the edge. Grunting with a voice choked with static, the bionic man hurls himself up onto the vehicle, obviously more than a little tired. The newcomer huffs his chest up and down a bit, regaining his composure, before slowly lifting his head and nodding to the wolf-man. "Mornin'. I, uh.....almost lost ya at yer last stop. Victor Chalk, Deliverance Co., my unit's been reassigned." He drones through his filter mask, the combined effects of the object, his static-filled voice, and the rushing wind around him making it a bit hard to hear.

Seb's eyes squint in disbelief as he looked about and sniffed the air, detecting no other distinct entities.  "Unit?  Where's the rest of it," he yells over the wind.

Chalk reacts with a booming laugh, a noise similar to two microphones being shoved together. "Yer lookin' at it, yessir. Victor Chalk, one man squad, at yer service," He chuckles, scooting nearer to the roof entrance and extending his hand to be shaken.

Seb winces as the laugh battered into his sensitive ears.  Glancing over at Chalk's outstretched hand then back at his face, he shrugs and says "Right...as you say.  Best get inside then."  The wolf mutant ducked back down inside the RV, leaving the cyborg's hand rather lonely.  Seb wondered why he's even surprised at this point.  Yes, let's go ahead and just dump all the unwanted deviants into wolf-boy's unit.  Fantastic.
