Utterly Mad

Graham wakes up from his dreamless catnap, he slips on his boots and walks back to the main area. *clears throat* "Sorry about that... I tend to see and hear things that aren't actually there. Napping helps from time to time." he says, "Hey bandage dude, if those bandages are hiding scars or sumthin' I got some pretty gnarly ones if you're not comfortable sharing." he sits back down where he was sitting last.

"I got a story to share with you guys." Graham says, he lifts up his shirt to reveal some surgical scars. "This one time I got nabbed by some cult or something, thinkin' that they'd get superpowers or some shit from eating the organs of mutants. So they knocked me out and took a part of my liver, one 'a my kidneys, and my spleen. They stitched me back up good though, healed good. I was tied up to an old radiator, and one of them is taunting me, getting in me face y'know. So in order to escape I ripped his throat out with my teeth! Blood went everywhere and it was fantastic. And I escaped and the rest either disbanded or became wendigos." he says, putting his shirt back down.

[[You're currently in Mississippi, just tell me a direction and I'll write an update concerning you driving that way. And the convoy only consists of your car and the RV, everyone else went home. Which might've included half of the players but who knows.]]

With the battle totally legitimately won, totally, Chalk heaved with a little laughter, reclining back in one of the spacious benches of the RV. "Good fight, boys. Maybe we'll earn medals." He rumbled, no small amount of static in his voice as small sparks flew from the wires in and around his throat. "Seems we've got some time on our hands. I hear California's nice this time of year. Perhaps it'd be a good idea to head on over in that direction?" With that small suggestion, Chalk leaned back a little more, his headrest barely touching the middle of his back.

Derek turns the convoy west, deciding that Deliverance Co. can have some other guys take on the Warriors in New York.

[[Alright you're going to head west, for the sake of convince you'll find a road.]]

[[I stated in the intro you live in Mississippi, everyone except your crew (The Players) went home, all I needed was a vague direction to write an update for.]]

Deliverance Co. Finally Sweet Jesus we can really start this crap.

You all hop in your vehicles and totally abandon your orders. Deciding that getting to California would be the better deal and that some other goons can go deal with shit in New York. Heading off west you drive through burnt cornfields and ruined shacks that were pillaged a few days ago, what's especially shocking is that there's smoke still pouring out of these.

After a bit of driving you finally come across a road that points you in the direction you wish to head, west!

[[For travel I'll do a "tick" system, every turn it'll be five "ticks" (each tick basically equates to 10 minutes), these ticks can be uneventful boring driving, or it can be a random encounter with enemies, a hook for a quest, or something stupid. Or if you're lucky a place to scavenge. For the sake of my patience and your sanity, I'll have looting be a checklist of shit, if there's notable rooms I'll describe them, but I'm not taking the time anymore to describe Quickie Marts that have broken Slurpee Machines in the back.]]

[[Oh and for those wondering: Food will basically be fuel for your characters, as well as the thing that helps you recover health without medkits. Medicine is obvious. You need fuel to keep the RV moving. Storage will be how much more shit you can carry. I'm not keeping track of ammo because this will be more of a narrative then a mechanic thing.]]

You Travel: West!

-Nothing of interest
-You come across an abandoned gas station with nothing inside it
-You pass by a car wreck with some skeletons inside, you think there might be loot in the trunk! [I decide the loot from now on, you're not going to find a 50.Cal in the trunk, if you try to "spawn" loot in I'll have the trunk be armed with a bomb that I can guarantee will take off one of your arms.]
-The road up ahead looks overgrown with grass and other plant life.

Broke Caravan and The STALKERS

The Leader comes out from his tent, "I hope you're enjoying your meals. But I have something to tell you all!" The Leader sounds excited, "Bernie and his friend just contacted me, they said they found a way to open this vault," He walks over banging on the steel metal doors. "But the problem is, is that they're trapped down there and the only way to open the doors is by using some control panel on the other side of this "lobby" they described. Bunch of mutants, and some weird shit is going on down there. Bernie told me that the other guy with them got torn apart by the air or something."

The Cook looks up after scooping another bowl, "An anomaly maybe?" The Leader looks at the cook shaking his head, "No, he said is was more "calculated" like whatever ripped him apart was finding a soft spot underneath his armor. It wasn't like being thrown into a giant fan. So before there are anymore questions, yes, we're going down there tonight. So finish your meals, stash your valuables, and I'll leave two of you on watch. Spotter and... you!" He points to some random STALKER sitting on a barrel. Spotter and the STALKER nod and finish their meals.

Once you're done eating (RP'ing) you'll head down into the bowels of the facility with the rest of the STALKERS.

Mordecai and Joshua finish their meals quickly, Joshua immediately grabs his gear and prepares himself for whatever awaits down in the labs. Mordecai however comes over to Isaac, "Isaac, why'd you hide your face? Is it a mutant thing or something else?"

Mordecai looks at you, "I think he already knew, he has his reasons but I don't agree with them. It was before you arrived, and I can only hope that he's let that part of his life go." He runs his hand through the wrinkles of his face as he stands up, checking the magazine in his Makarov seeing that he still has a full clip. ((Finally gave the old kook a gun.))

Graham scarfs down the stew, swallowing a couple times. It tastes good, but you have to swallow a couple of times to get it down. When he finishes he puts down the bowl, he stretches and pops his neck. "Alright, I'm ready whenever everyone else is." he takes out his rifle and checks if there's a round in the chamber.
