What about advertising this place in the dwarf fortress forums? There must be a lot of rpers looking for not so serious stuff there.

And yeah. the thing here is that, even if in the other forums we could get bigger in the same amount people were leaving, here we only have people leaving, not coming in.

So if it continues like lçthis it will wither and die.
