Utterly Mad

Zaweri, I felt like you could've done a lot more with this since WAAAAGH Orcs in space is pretty... generic. Also I feel like level 8 tech is a bit high since all they do is steal **** and can hardly build stuff for themselves. Also (just a curiosity of mine) do the Orcs own those 14 planets (which just so happen to have O2 because Orcs can't terraform) or are they currently WAAAAGHing there?

They have tier 8 stolen shit, that's why it's 8. And those 14 planets are all in different star systems (and they have O2). Also they have had 4 millenia of time to figure out space travel, based on a existing ship.
I just feel that we should have a race which uses scrap to utilize, and orcs came to mind. I wasn't even thinking of WH40k. I could have them have tech lvl 7 and lvl 8 stolen shit?
