Utterly Mad

Funny I was thinking of making a dream thread after the dream I had last night.

It's kinda fragmentary so here it goes:
There was a moon of some sort, people lived on it and so on. There was some kind of luxury resort on it the resort had a large swimming pool. There was some sort event which caused time to go weird just around there. Now that pool each lane perfectly aligned with a sort "Time lane" one would go forwards in time the other back. At the time the pool was supposed to be shut however a man was in it when the event happened, he was between the "lanes". The following morning the staff find the Man stuck there in the pool he was babbling about things that have happened even reciting each staff members history and screaming incoherently about the horrors to come. He couldn't be moved as he was kinda merged with the floor (full on body horror kind of merged) half of him appeared to age rapidly the other half reverse-aged (got younger) eventually resetting to what he looked like before and then repeating the ageing/de-ageing.

And then I woke up.

I suspect it was kind of fueled by reading Hyperion before bed.

As for Bub's dream about moderating, I think it might be to do with being trusted with power/authority using moderating these forums as an analogy, you worry you might end up misusing it.
